Bedroom and Living Area Cleaning
Making beds. Dusting, vacuuming, and tidying bedrooms and living areas, including furniture, upholstery, and floors, to create a comfortable and clutter-free living space for elderly clients.
Laundry Assistance
Assistance with clients' laundry needs, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes and linens, to ensure they have clean and fresh clothing and bedding.
Light Household Chores
Assistance with light household chores, such as dishwashing, changing bed linens, taking out trash, and organising belongings, to help elderly clients maintain a tidy and functional home environment.
Sanitisation and Disinfection
Thorough sanitisation and disinfection of high-touch surfaces, handrails, doorknobs, and other frequently used areas to prevent the spread of germs and infections within the home environment.
Home and Garden Maintenance
Light gardening tasks such as lawn mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering to maintain a tidy and pleasant outdoor space. Also includes gutter cleaning for home maintenance.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
Adherence to strict quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements outlined by the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP), ensuring that cleaning services meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and client satisfaction.

Is Redlands Home Care a registered Aged Care service provider?
No, Redlands Home Care is not a registered Aged Care service provider however we do work closely with multiple service providers including:
- Star Community Services
- Blue Care
- Mi Care
- Just Home Care
- Rural Lifestyle Options
- Trilogy
- DVA (Dept Veterans Affairs)
- And many more
Do you provide Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) Cleaning?
Yes we do, being the major contractor for Star Community Services on the SMBI we receive all the CHSP Window cleaning and Spring cleaning through Star community services, we also do Gutter cleaning through the CHSP programme.
Do you provide Home Care Packages?
No, we are not a registered service provider with my Aged Care, however we can do the cleaning for you through your service provider at your request. Let face it, support people are not always the cleaners that you need they are Support people for a reason! So if you are on a home care package, you are able to ask for us to clean and we can broker to your choice of service providers.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?
It is not necessary to provide any cleaning products. Our teams bring their professional products as part of the standard service. If you would like to supply your own products just let us know!
Do I have to be home for the cleaning service?
All of our staff are background-checked and highly trustworthy. We also have a team of two attend the cleans which we find keeps everyone safe and there is more productivity by doing this and less time to complete a full house clean. We’re happy to clean your home at the most convenient time for you where possible, whether you’re there or not. However, if you are at home while we clean, we’ll endeavour to cause minimum disruption.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the service?
We endeavour to give every client a positive experience, if for any reason you are unhappy with the service please contact us via phone or email to resolve.
