Contact usDo you offer private domestic cleaning?
Yes most definitely we do. We have teams that will sort you and your needs when it comes to keeping your home looking and smelling amazing. Different times for different homes and also offer regular weekly, fortnightly, three weekly and monthly cleaning options. We also perform one-off cleans, yearly spring cleans and window cleans.
Do I need to provide my own cleaning products?
It is not necessary to provide any cleaning products. Our teams bring their professional products as part of the standard service. If you would like to supply your own products just let us know!
Can I extend the duration of my house clean?
If you discover that additional time is required after you have booked, just let our team know. We will do our best to accommodate for same day requests and can easily adjust future bookings.
Are the same cleaners coming to my home every clean?
While we endeavour to give every client a positive experience, we do try to keep the same cleaners on each run weekly, as we like to make sure that you have a good communication with the team which makes for a better relationship. However we do have to change things around from time to time. Sick days or leave for the team members.
Do I have to be home for the cleaning service?
All of our staff are background-checked and highly trustworthy. We also have a team of two attend the cleans which we find keeps everyone safe and there is more productivity by doing this and less time to complete a full house clean. We’re happy to clean your home at the most convenient time for you where possible, whether you’re there or not. However, if you are at home while we clean, we’ll endeavour to cause minimum disruption.
Can I get a refund if I am not happy with the service?
